Essential storage
Essential storage supports security, form protection, language and consent choices. It may include a consent record, short-lived anti-spam submission signatures, session-based campaign attribution and a temporary marker used to confirm that a form reached the thank-you page. Essential storage is not used to build advertising profiles.
Analytics and advertising
Google Analytics and Google Ads are optional. Their scripts are loaded only after the visitor accepts optional technologies. They may process page path, device and browser information, referral or campaign information, general interaction events and approximate location derived from network information. Consultation messages, uploaded photographs, names, contact details and procedure selections are not intentionally sent to analytics or advertising services.
Chatbot
The Cronbot chatbot is optional and is loaded only after the visitor accepts optional technologies. If the chatbot is opened and used, the messages entered into it and related technical information may be processed by Cronbot to provide the conversation. Do not upload photographs or provide detailed medical history through the chatbot; use the consultation form or direct contact channels instead.
Changing your choice
You can accept or reject optional technologies from the banner. After making a choice, use the persistent “Cookie settings” button to reopen the banner and change it. Rejecting after optional services have already loaded refreshes the page so those services are not loaded again.
Browser controls
Most browsers allow cookies and site storage to be viewed, blocked or deleted. Blocking essential storage may affect form protection, consent memory and other website functions.
