Essential storage
Essential storage supports security, form protection, language and cookie-preference choices. It may include a cookie-preference record, session-based campaign attribution and temporary markers used to support website and form functions. Essential storage is not used to build advertising profiles.
Analytics and advertising
The website currently uses an opt-out model for Google Analytics and Google Ads. For new visitors, analytics and advertising technologies are enabled by default so the practice can measure website traffic, page use, referral sources, campaigns and consultation conversions. These services may process page path, device and browser information, referral or campaign information, general interaction events and approximate location derived from network information.
Consultation messages, uploaded photographs, names, telephone numbers, email addresses and selected procedures are not intentionally sent to Google Analytics or Google Ads as analytics event data. Google services operate under their own privacy terms and technical controls.
Chatbot
The Cronbot chatbot may load after normal site interaction while optional technologies are enabled. If you open and use the chatbot, messages entered into it and related technical information may be processed by Cronbot to provide the conversation. Do not upload photographs or provide detailed medical history through the chatbot; use the consultation form or direct clinical contact channels instead.
Changing your choice
You can disable optional analytics, advertising and chatbot technologies at any time by using the persistent “Cookie settings” button and choosing Reject. If optional services have already loaded, the page refreshes so they are not loaded again. Your rejection choice is stored and respected on later visits until it expires, is cleared from your browser or you change the setting.
You can also use browser controls to block or delete cookies and site storage. Blocking essential storage may affect form protection, preference memory and other website functions.
