Understanding the written quotation

A written quotation is provided after your assessment because the operation, hospital requirements and any additional procedures vary between patients. It explains what is included and its period of validity. A 10% deposit and confirmed travel booking are required to reserve a surgical date; deposit and rescheduling terms are provided in writing before payment. Depending on the agreed package, the quotation may include hospital fees, anaesthesia, preoperative testing, medication, accommodation and airport transfer — only the items listed in your written quotation are included.

Before and after your visit

Before surgery

Follow the personalized instructions provided after your medical review. Do not stop prescribed medication unless specifically instructed. Inform the team about all medicines, supplements, allergies and medical conditions. Smoking and nicotine increase healing risk, and an appropriate cessation period will be discussed.

After surgery

Recovery instructions differ by procedure. Take only prescribed medication, attend scheduled reviews, and contact the medical team promptly for heavy bleeding, worsening one-sided swelling, breathing difficulty, chest pain, persistent fever or any unexpected deterioration.
