To ensure the smooth delivery of these services, we have outlined the following guidelines for clients interested in same-day virtual consultations and obtaining price quotes.
Step One:
Share Information via Mail or TextKindly provide the requested information on our website and submit it through the designated page. Our surgical coordinator is available by phone and email to assist you further in this process.
Step Two:
Phone ConsultationOur Patient Coordinator will guide you in arranging a video consultation with Dr. Arakelyan at a specific time. WhatsApp is the preferred platform for video consultations, easily downloadable to your phone.
Step Three:
Schedule Your SurgeryCongratulations on choosing us! After deciding to proceed with your surgery, our Patient Coordinator will help you schedule your pre-op consultation visit, surgery date, and post-operative visits. For out-of-town patients, it is advisable to arrive at least 1 to 2 days before surgery to address any necessary adjustments to your surgical plan. To secure your surgery date with Dr.Arakelyan, a non-refundable deposit will be required.
Step Four: Plan Your Recovery
Following your surgical treatment plan, we recommend that patients stay in the area for 10-12 days. For out-of-town patients, it is encouraged to bring a friend or relative for support. We can also arrange a chaperone service if needed. Our Patient Coordinator is available to assist with transportation, hotel arrangements, and even a companion with patient care experience.
Recommendations before and after surgery
Before Surgery
Don't Eat or Drink:
Stop eating at 8:00 PM the day before surgery and don't drink anything after midnight. Also, don't eat or drink anything in the morning before surgery.
No Cosmetics or Nail Polish:
Avoid using makeup and remove nail polish from your left thumbnail the day before surgery.
Leave Valuables at Home:
Don't bring jewelry or valuables to the hospital.
Stop Medications and Supplements:
Don't take any medications or supplements for a week before surgery.
Quit Smoking and Alcohol:
Stop smoking three days before surgery and avoid alcohol for a week before and a month after surgery.
Wear Comfortable Clothes:
Bring comfortable clothes to change into before surgery. Choose clothing that buttons up or zips to avoid disturbing your nose after surgery.
After Surgery
During the initial 1-2 weeks after surgery, you may experience a rise in temperature, particularly in the evenings. This is a normal response as your body adjusts to the surgery. If your temperature is below 38 degrees Celsius and you feel fine, there's generally no cause for concern. However, if it exceeds 38 degrees, it's advisable to consult with a doctor before taking any fever-reducing medication.The bandage under your nose, changed before you left the hospital, can be removed when you get home. For the next one to two weeks, a bit of mucus mixed with blood might come out of your nose. Don't worry, it's normal. Just be careful not to disturb any stitches and gently dab your nose with clean gauze.
Information on payment
Surgery Pricing:
The cost of the operation is fixed in Armenian drams. For other currencies, except the Armenian dram, the price is approximate and subject to change based on their official exchange rate.
Choosing Surgery Date:
The surgery can be scheduled in Yerevan only after completing all necessary stages including consultation CT scan of the nose and sinuses with a conclusion, and free computer modeling of the nose.
Prepayment:
To secure a specific day on the Surgery schedule, an advance prepayment is required.
Prepayment :
To register for a specific day of the surgery schedule, you should make a prepayment in the amount of 100.00.00 AMD Changing the operation date is permitted only once and must be done at least two weeks before the scheduled surgery.
Final Payment: Payment is accepted exclusively in cash and occurs in two stages:
On the day of the analysis
On the day of the surgery
What's covered in the cost?

Preoperative assessments, including ECG, chest X-ray, coagulation profile,
Biochemical blood work, comprehensive blood and urine analysis, blood typing and Rh factor determination, as well as screening for HIV, syphilis, and hepatitis B and C.
Evaluation by an anesthesiologist.
Surgery performed under general anesthesia.
